make your message flow.

Why flui?

For great ideas that need traction.

I help you strengthen alliances, develop solid communication infrastructures and send messages that make people stop and look. From a single asset to full infrastructures.

The Background

How to cut through the noise?

What is the service or product that makes you special? This will be our starting point. So far, so trivial. But today, every message is drowning in an information flood. And you have to be found by algorithms instead of humans.

Example · An established winery trying to diversify their core business.

Posting on Instagram about their new offer: “Now available: Our wine experience”. 3 likes, zero comments, no new costumers.

01 · Environment

Your Environment.

Why flui? Because you should know the people around you, and the ones who challenge you. My approach: Let’s not start by shouting louder. We start by taking a step back, listening to the people around you. Existing customers want stability. The municipality wants to attract investment. Young people seek perspective. Tourists seek authenticity. Let’s look at who matters before we design anything: your team, your competitors, the people who set the rules, the people who might one day care about what you do. Each of them works differently. Some react fast, some only when something is at stake. And each has different interest groups of their own around them.

02 · System

Your System.

Why flui? Because a system only works if everyone knows where they belong. As a brand strategist and information systems specialist, I start with the core: what you run yourself, and what you only connect to. Then I look at the connections. How close is each relationship? Close ones stay direct, loose ones run through thinner paths. The same company can also speak in different registers, sober for one audience and raw for another, under one roof. That is brand architecture: different communication styles, built into one infrastructure. Not every partner needs a brand of their own.

Example

The team sits close, the market in the middle, tourists further out. One core, different voices.

03 · Message

Your Message.

Why flui? Because a message is only as strong as the attention it gets. As a designer, I dig deep to find what makes your project special before I write a single line or take a photo. Then I shape each message for its channel and its receiver. Some people need a lot of attention, others only a glance. A few simple style rules keep all of it recognisably yours. I work on the ground, and if needed, I orchestrate a team to make sure the message lands exactly where it needs to.

Example

Regular customers get a personal letter, the natural wine scene a short clip on social media, the team an invitation to a fermentation workshop.

Selected Work

Proven in various contexts.

From small organizations building their presence, up to established ones building structured communications and a network of allies: the same method, adapted to different scales. What changes is the application, what stays is the structure.

Together with award-winning documentary producers, I built a professional and high-trust digital presence for institutional funding conversations. For their creator brand, we developed a young & energetic visual strategy and collateral. Both brands share one strategic foundation, but speak in different voices. This supported the necessary fundings and community engagement for their latest successful film and TV productions.

For a family law practice, the goal was to create a brand architecture that could carry both the authority of the established foundation while feeling more warm and approachable than a conventional legal office. The result is something ready to grow, especially in an industry that is fueled by emotion and confrontation: an umbrella brand that holds legal weight without feeling cold, is more visible to a customer base that doesn’t necessarily seek legal but also emotional counsel, and a structure open to integrate a diverse network of partners.

A bilingual institution needed to bridge the gap between worlds that rarely speak the same language: external agencies, internal administration, educators, and customers. I mediated between them, translating an externally developed design language into a working, bilingual communication infrastructure. To support their prestige strategy ahead of a milestone event, we established strategic partnerships, such as with a premium camera brand, enabling a full year of high-quality, institutionally driven photography, balanced with community-driven content. This resulted in measurably higher engagement than the competition.
